Foresight’s Fully Automated Machines Set New Standards in Membrane Manufacturing

Watertech 2025 concluded successfully, where Foresight showcased its commitment to end-to-end automation in membrane manufacturing. At the exhibition, Foresight presented three core products— the Precision Membrane Casting and Coating Manufacturing Machine, the Industrial RO/NF Membrane Rolling Machine, and the Domestic RO Membrane Machine— together with its End-to-End Intelligent Factory Solution, fully demonstrating the company’s platform-based technological capabilities.

Unlike previous years, most domestic and international clients had already gained an in-depth understanding of Foresight’s project cases before the exhibition. Many arrived with clear objectives and engaged in focused discussions, paying particular attention to the company’s achievements in yield improvement, performance enhancement, machine compatibility, and labor cost reduction.

As a pioneer in full-process automation for membrane manufacturing, Foresight has delivered more than 40 fully automated production machines since launching its first in 2017. Through extensive industrial practice, the company has established a core technology platform covering six modules — mechanical design, motion control, vision inspection, process control, informatization, and intelligent integration. This platform enables Foresight to evolve from single-machine optimization to system-level integration. 

With each successful delivery, the platform has been continuously refined through an iterative cycle of technological accumulation, value creation, and customer feedback, allowing the company to meet increasingly demanding process requirements and drive deep technological advancement across the industry.
