Foresight Showcases Core Technologies at CIBF 2025, Gaining Strong Industry Recognition

On May 17, the 17th China International Battery Fair (CIBF 2025) successfully concluded at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Foresight presented two core technologies — spot-coating technology and the air-floatation oven system — along with two major product lines: Coating Machines and Slitting Machines for LIB-Production Equipment. With its strong in-house R&D capabilities and system-level technical solutions, Foresight drew significant attention from industry experts, customers, and partners throughout the exhibition.

Foresight’s spot-coating technology was one of the highlights of the event. Through precise control of dot diameter, spacing, and height, this innovation improves product uniformity and safety while effectively reducing slurry consumption and machine energy usage.

At the same time, the air-floatation oven system, featuring a non-contact drying design, reduces issues such as film deformation and shrinkage caused by thermal stress during traditional drying processes. This significantly enhances the stability and reliability of the separator-coating process. Foresight’s spot-coating technology and air-floatation oven system directly address these upgraded standards by improving material uniformity and reducing stress and deformation risks during the drying process. These innovations provide a forward-looking technical solution that supports the enhanced safety performance of the next generation of power batteries.
