Tasnee Water Solutions Company in Oman has recently achieved stable mass production of membrane elements, marking the successful commissioning of the Middle East’s first end-to-end fully automated membrane element production line. The project, supplied and technically supported by Foresight Technology, aims to meet the region’s growing demand for seawater desalination and wastewater reuse. Its completion represents another major milestone for China’s high-end intelligent equipment in the Middle East and holds significant value for advancing the region’s membrane manufacturing modernization and intelligent transformation.
Throughout the project, Tasnee’s team set exceptionally high requirements for equipment automation, operational stability, and engineering schedule. After multiple rounds of technical evaluation and on-site comparison, Foresight was selected as the partner of choice. According to the client, Foresight’s solution stood out in the following aspects:
1.End-to-End Integration for Rapid Ramp-Up – The production line covers membrane sheet cutting, winding, inspection, and packaging, achieving full-process automation and intelligent control. It ensures high process consistency and short ramp-up periods for quick mass production.
2.High Reliability and Long-Term Stability – The equipment has been continuously optimized in design, materials, and control systems, forming a stability framework verified through multiple large-scale projects.
3.Mature System and Extensive Experience – Since 2017, Foresight’s membrane element manufacturing equipment has been successfully adopted by leading enterprises such as Sinopec, Wanhua Chemical, OriginWater, Haier, and NT-FILM, accumulating extensive engineering experience and process expertise for overseas projects.
